Designer (Designing contents of slot machines for overseas)

Job Role: You will work as a professional designer involved in development of contents for slot machines.
Job Description: You will be responsible for implementing UI/3D/effect materials to slot machines contents developed with Unity. Your roll will include lower management.

Qualifications Necessary Work Experience
Essential
  • Business experience in development using Unity5 or above.
  • 3+ years experience in development with Unity in a large project. (the ability to implement UI/3D/effects in Unity)
  • Experience in incorporating UI with uGUI.
  • Fluent in Japanese. (speaking, reading and writing)
Desirable
  • UI design and code shading skills.
  • Good experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Ability to draw 2D art.
  • Experience in creating effects with Unity Particle system.
  • Ability to create 3D art using Maya.
  • 1+ year business experience with Maya.

Software engineer

Job Role: You will work as a member involved in development of application software.

Manufacturing Division

Slot Service Technician

Job Role: The Slot Technician position is responsible for the servicing, installing, converting, upgrading and preventative maintenance of all Sega Sammy Creation gaming equipment.
Slot Technician troubleshoot and fix improperly functioning slot machines via phone, email and onsite service calls.
Slot Technician may also assist customers and personnel with slot machine issues which may include answering technical questions and moving equipment around.
This position may be required to work after business hours including evening/overnight, weekends/holidays.
Job Description:
  • Provides technical training to casino operators technicians on most aspects of installations, repair, game conversions, and game software updates.
  • Maintaining or repairing equipment.
  • Documents service calls and installation actions by completing forms, logs, and records.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Identify replacement parts along with the correct part numbers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts issued.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow documentation, policies and procedures.
  • Able to work with warehouse staff assisting with machine assembly when onsite service is not requested.
  • Maintain a positive image of Sega Sammy Creation with co-workers and customers.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must obtain licensing approval by Nevada Gaming Control Board and / or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
  • Must be available to work after business hours including evening/overnight, weekends/holidays.
  • Must be able to travel in and out of state and work any schedule as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean DMV driving record.
  • Has working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, hardware, and electronics as well as experience with troubleshooting, analyzing information, client relationships, reporting skills, confidentiality, results driven, communication.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Mechanically inclined; comfortable working in confined spaces.
  • Strong working knowledge of company cabinet types and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems from top to bottom.
